Lead HVAC Installer

What You'll Do

Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor air quality products
Ensure every installation is completed safely and according to company standards
Deliver an exceptional experience for every homeowner
Train and mentor Install Helpers and junior installers
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Communicate with customers and teammates throughout the installation process

What We're Looking For

Residential HVAC installation experience
Leadership experience or a desire to lead and mentor others
Pride in your workmanship
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Someone who treats customers and teammates with respect
