We are seeking experienced- Lead HVAC Installers for our Retrofit / Changeout Team! We offer training and career development to achieve licensing!
Position Overview: In this key position, you will be leading a team for residential and /or commercial retrofit / changeout installations.

Position: Journeyman / Lead HVAC Installer
Pay Scale: depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Retrofit/ Changeout Installs
- Install new and replacement commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems meeting industry standards, safety requirements, and specifications
- Work in partnership with team members, customers, and contractors to complete installations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during install
- Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 2 years of Installation experience
- Job lead experience desired
- EPA Universal Certificate - training provided
- Allen Country Journeyman license desired - training provided
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Great customer service
- Continuous improvement approach with focus on HVAC
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
