Job Type: Full TimeShift: Monday - Friday, 3 pm-11:30 pmExpected Hours: 40

Our client is a Private Day School looking to bring on an experienced Lead HVAC Mechanic to their facility management team. A qualified candidate will possess strong HVAC and electrical expertise to support multiple school buildings and housing across the campus. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, equipment, structures, furniture, hardware, and other related infrastructure within school buildings and residential properties.

Perform hands-on preventative, predictive and corrective work on all MEP and furniture/fixtures and equipment
Partner with the Buildings Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of buildings maintenance staff,

Extensive knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and building automated control systems.Highly skilled in mechanical, electrical and plumbing practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer maintenance manuals.Black Seal Boiler license preferred, or must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire date.Professional licenses, Electrical and/or HVACR preferred.Electrical and/or HVACR License preferred.Valid driver's license required.
