DAY-TO-DAY OF A LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As our Lead HVAC Service Technician extraordinaire, your journey is all about orchestrating HVAC magic: diagnosing, repairing, and servicing an array of systems that keep our clients cozy and content. But that's not all – you're a mentor, a shaper of futures, guiding the next generation of tech talents toward brilliance. The crescendo of your day includes educating clients on ingenious enhancements and weaving your charm to ignite replacement sales leads and maintenance agreements. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment
- A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals
- An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
