Electric Air is a tech-enabled HVAC contractor based in Redwood City, CA. We specialize in converting homes from gas furnaces to modern, efficient heat pumps - and delivering an exceptional customer experience along the way. Backed by leading investors like Y Combinator and Leap Forward Ventures, we’re building a next-generation home electrification company that’s fast, intelligent, and customer-obsessed.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

Total Earnings Potential $160,000 / year.

$45-60+ per hour, depending on experience!
$250 bonus per successful installation completed
$2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC.
Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
Proficiency with all of the following:
- Refrigerant handling
- High & low-voltage wiring
- Ductwork
- Sheet metal fabrication
- California building code
