- Advanced Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Modern Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with inverter technology, energy-efficient solutions, and indoor air quality principles.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients.
- Preferred: Minimum of 5 years on-demand residential field service
- Required: Texas Driver’s License.
- Required: EPA Certification (implied by "qualified HVAC technician" and "adhere to applicable codes").
