Job Description

The City of Wentzville is seeking a Lead Ice Arena Attendant. Are you passionate about ice sports and enjoy leading a team? Join our dynamic team at the Ice Arena! As a Lead Ice Arena Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our visitors have a fantastic experience. Under general supervision, you will coordinate the activities of assigned workers, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services. Your role will include providing skilled customer and custodial services, operational support, and general maintenance for the facility. This exciting position requires a proactive approach to performing routine duties and daily tasks thoroughly and promptly while maintaining effective working relationships with your supervisor, co-workers, and the general public. Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead, monitor, and supervise employees to achieve goals that contribute to individual and organizational success.
  • Provide skilled customer service and custodial services, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment.
  • Deliver operational support and perform general maintenance to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive and productive atmosphere, ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of the City, Department, and Division.
  • Coordinate the activities of assigned workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
