YOUR DAY AS A LEAD INSTALLER- HVAC TECH

As a Lead Installer- HVAC Tech, you exemplify the exceptional customer service we are renowned for. Your responsibilities include traveling to customers' homes and businesses to remove and replace HVAC equipment. In your capacity as a leader, you assign tasks to your team members upon arrival at the job site, ensuring that everyone has the necessary tools and equipment to complete their duties to the highest standard. Throughout the day, you supervise your team, offering guidance and support as required. You continuously monitor the progress of the installation and make any necessary adjustments to guarantee a smooth process.

In addition to delivering top-quality work, you assist in fostering positive relationships with our clients by addressing any queries or concerns they may have throughout the project. Once the job is complete, you leave the site in a cleaner condition than you found it and maintain comprehensive records of your team's accomplishments. You enjoy providing customers with peace of mind while leading your team to success!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD INSTALLER- HVAC TECH

3+ years of experience as an installation lead
Experience with removing old equipment, installing new equipment, and maintaining accurate records
Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
