Moyer Total Indoor Comfort is hiring a full-time Lead Installer - Residential HVAC Tech to take charge of our installation projects and guide junior installers to success.
- The pay for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hour based on experience and qualifications

LEAD INSTALLER - RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH HOURS:
You'll work a standard Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm schedule.
ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:
- EPA certification
- Experience leading an installation team
- Solid communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
- Hands-on heating and air conditioning installation experience - preferred
- Experience working on boilers - preferred
WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE AS OUR LEAD INSTALLER - RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH:

Highly quality- and results-driven, you'll oversee installation projects and lead team members from start to finish. You'll train junior installers on processes, safety procedures, building codes, and more to foster their independence and aid their professional growth. While on the job, you'll ensure team members complete quality work while following regulations and meeting timelines. You'll oversee heating and air conditioning installations, wiring, and set up, clearly explaining our services to the customer and making sure they're satisfied before heading out to the next job.
