Lead InstallerPay:Starting at $22.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Broken Arrow, OK 74012Shift:Monday Friday | 7: 30 AM 4: 00 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125037Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join a growing team specializing in premium countertop installations. This role is responsible for leading installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional customer service on residential and commercial projects.The ideal Lead Installer has previous countertop installation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.Required Experience & Skills Previous countertop installation experience REQUIRED Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Ability to read measurements, layouts, and installation specifications accurately Experience using installation tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team membersEssential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and complete countertop installations for residential and commercial customers Install granite, quartz, and other countertop materials according to specifications Measure, cut, fit, and secure countertops accurately Supervise and assist installation team members on job sites Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot installation issues and implement solutions in the field Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow all company installation procedures and safety guidelines Communicate project status and job-site needs with management as requiredPreferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple countertop materials Previous Lead Installer or Crew Leader experience Construction, remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry experience Strong customer service and communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy countertop materials safely Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors at customer job sites Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safelyWork Environment Residential and commercial construction and remodeling sites Frequent travel to customer locations throughout the Tulsa area Hands-on installation environment requiring physical labor and attention to detail Team-oriented atmosphere focused on craftsmanship and customer satisfactionWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday Friday schedule Opportunity to lead projects and installation teams Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Growth potential within a well-established company Team-focused culture with consistent work availableReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
