Make your mark as a full-time Lead Installer- HVAC Installer with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Warsaw, IN!
Job Snapshot:
Pay:
- You'll earn industry-leading pay + spiffs and commissions, around $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 am- 5 pm with occasional overtime, and no on-call work
Benefits:
- A $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees with two or more years of trade experience

- Ability to cut and bend metal for custom transitions and ductwork modifications
- Physically able to lift and place residential HVAC equipment
- Ability to focus on keeping a safe work environment
- Ability to charge and handle refrigerant per the Clean Air Act
- Ability to delegate assignments and follow through to ensure good results
- Ability to give clear instructions and guidance to your team
The Work You'll Do:
As a Lead Installer- HVAC Installer, you consistently orchestrate seamless HVAC installations, guiding your assistant installer and meticulously addressing any customer inquiries. You'll efficiently install furnaces, A/C units, coils, and other essential components, ensuring every project meets our high standards. Your role demands a collaborative and hardworking approach, driven by a desire for a long-term career, all while operating under the guidance of approachable and responsible leadership.
