What You'll DoAs a Lead Installer, you're not just installing a bathroom-you're the professional the customer trusts to transform their home.You'll:

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finishLoad your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the jobArrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionallySafely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's homeInstall new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related componentsPerform plumbing updates and modifications when neededEnsure installations meet our quality and safety standardsKeep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respectCommunicate with customers throughout the installationComplete required paperwork and project closeoutReturn to the warehouse at the end of the day

We're Looking for Experienced ProsYou don't need to be taught how to swing a hammer or measure a wall.We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation and can take ownership of a project.You should be comfortable:

Working independently and making sound decisions in the fieldReading and following measurements and installation specificationsWorking with hand and power toolsPerforming demolition and residential remodelingMaking plumbing adjustments as neededSolving problems when things don't go exactly according to planCommunicating professionally with homeownersTaking pride in the quality of your finished work

Required:

Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installationValid driver's license and reliable transportationValid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication
