Make an Impact Where Safety Meets LeadershipJoin our team as a Lead Lifeguard at the Delhi Athletic Club in Cincinnati, OH. Lead and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run aquatic environment. In this role, you'll do more than monitor the pool-you'll lead by example, support daily operations, and help deliver programs and events that keep our community engaged. If you're confident in your decision-making, enjoy mentoring others, and take pride in maintaining a high standard of safety and service, this is an opportunity to grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact every day.

Schedule: 30 hours per week, must have flexible schedule including early morning, evening, and weekend availability with extra availability during meet season (Oct-Dec).
