Lead Machine Operator

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the metal building laminator efficiently and safely.
• Accurately measure materials to meet production specifications.
• Complete projects on time and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine and consistent quality control checks.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Previous machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to follow instructions delivered verbally, in writing, or through diagrams.
• Ability to make accurate, informed decisions.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of customer and production requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle large and bulky materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Work Details

Expected Hours: 40-45 hours per week
