Lead Maintenance Mechanic Providence, RIPay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourJob description:Senior Industrial Maintenance MechanicPay: $35 $40/hr + OTA leading precision manufacturer is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to take the lead on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, injection molding equipment, and facility systems. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience with the ability to make independent technical decisions and support production reliability.What You ll Do:
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of CNC, injection molding, and facility equipment
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance
- Prioritize maintenance needs and make independent repair decisions
- Handle emergency breakdowns and root cause fixes
- Install and commission new machinery
- Coordinate contractors and work with engineering/production teams
- Document maintenance work (AS9100 environment)
- Mentor junior techs and promote safety practices
- 5+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience with CNC or injection molding equipment a plus
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use diagnostic tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. And work in active industrial environments
- Monday Friday schedule + OT available
