We're seeking a dynamic individual to influence second-shift operations, ensuring the flawless production of our top-tier products. This leader will be a pivotal force in steering manufacturing excellence, leading teams, and crafting an environment where quality and safety are uncompromised priorities.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about process optimization and people development. Engaging across departments will play a key role in meeting, and surpassing, our customer commitments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this role for effective collaboration with engineering, sales, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a competent team towards achieving production milestones with an emphasis on quality and safety.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to adapt to evolving business needs efficiently.
- Develop and implement training modules for team enhancements and inter-departmental skill-sharing.
- Champion process improvement initiatives, embracing Lean, 5S methodologies for operational excellence.
- Maintain stellar communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations and problem-solving.
- Oversee compliance with safety protocols, ensuring a constructive and secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, demonstrating capability in leading teams up to 20 staff members is advantageous.
- Exposure to ISO-certification processes; familiarity with OSHA standards is beneficial.
- Proficient understanding of ERP Systems; demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is critical.
- An academic background in industrial technology or a related discipline is desirable; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Exemplary leadership, organizational, and problem-solving competencies with a demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
