This is not a short-term or seasonal role. We are seeking someone who is committed to at least one year and wants to grow into a leadership role within our center.
As a Lead Instructor, you will serve as a key leader on the floor, balancing instruction, team support, parent communication, and operational excellence.

š„ Lead and support a team of instructors during sessionsĀ š§ Deliver individualized instruction in a group settingĀ š Monitor student progress and engagementĀ š¬ Communicate progress with parents and familiesĀ š» Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Methodā¢Ā š Stay organized and assist with light administrative tasksĀ š« Help maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment

š Requirements
š Pass a math literacy assessmentĀ š Provide work authorizationĀ š Successfully complete a background checkš» Tech Expectations (High Priority)
This role requires someone who is comfortable with technology and systems or can learn quickly and confidently:
š± Navigate and work efficiently on an iPad during sessionsĀ š Use spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for tracking and organizationĀ šļø Learn and manage CRM systems for student notes, communication, and follow-upĀ š» Adapt to digital learning platforms and internal tools with ease

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
