Now Hiring: Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemistry)Wilmington, DE | Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Are you an experienced laboratory professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemistry) to bring advanced technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to a high‑complexity clinical lab environment.

In this role, you’ll:✅ Perform and oversee complex analytical testing using advanced methodologies✅ Lead calibration, QC, troubleshooting, and instrument performance✅ Support test development & validation for new assays✅ Manage specimen workflow, documentation, and compliance✅ Collaborate with clinicians, staff, and technical vendors✅ Help drive quality, accuracy, and operational excellence across the lab

What You Bring:• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field• 3–5+ years of clinical lab experience• National certification (ASCP, AAB, or AMT)• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills• Ability to lead processes and uphold high standards in a fast-paced setting
