Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone deadlines

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily project activities

Oversee quality control processes and ensure work is completed to specifications

Strong understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap, garden-style, and large-scale residential construction

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project schedules

Expertise in construction sequencing, safety management, and quality assurance

Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
