We are partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and hands-on nursing support within a busy community health environment.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys being involved in direct patient care while also serving as a resource and mentor to the clinical team. The Lead Nurse will help ensure efficient day-to-day clinical operations, high-quality patient care, and adherence to established healthcare policies and procedures.

Job Details

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to nursing and medical support staffAssist with coordinating patient flow and clinical activitiesProvide direct nursing care and support as neededServe as a clinical resource for staff and help address questions or concernsSupport onboarding, training, and development of clinical team membersHelp ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EHRPromote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standardsIdentify workflow or patient-care issues and partner with leadership on solutionsAssist with maintaining appropriate clinical supplies and readinessCollaborate with providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support efficient patient careHelp foster a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinical environment

QualificationsActive nursing license in good standingPrevious nursing experience in a clinical healthcare environmentPrior lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferredExperience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsStrong clinical judgment and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with diverse and underserved patient populationsAbility to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Requirements

Candidates must be able to:
