Position Overview The Lead OR Tech will oversee daily operations within the operating room radiology team, ensuring high-quality imaging and seamless collaboration during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate is an experienced X-Ray Technologist with proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities Provide imaging support during surgical and interventional procedures in the operating room Lead, mentor, and coordinate the radiology tech team to ensure smooth OR operations Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during procedures Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards Maintain accurate patient imaging records and documentation Support ongoing staff education and process improvement initiatives Education and Certification Requirements Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (R) certification required State of Arizona Radiologic Technologist license required (or ability to obtain before start date) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Operating Room experience highly preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Why Flagstaff, AZ?
