Job Description
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Lead Paralegal opportunity with a legal technology company. Our client is in ultra-growth mode, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for both firms and clients, coordinating with the broader Legal Ops team to keep every case moving efficiently while ensuring the client experience is exceptional. The Lead Paralegal responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Serve as the primary liaison between our client, attorneys, and client. Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout treatment and the case lifecycle. Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms. Work with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers to coordinate case progress. Identify and resolve delays or issues before they affect outcomes. Required qualifications for the position include: Have 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff work. Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication. Can build trust quickly with attorneys and clients alike. Understand the importance of both client experience and case velocity. Pay Rate Range: $85000 – 125000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
