Your role as a Lead Pharmacy Technician
As a new Lead Pharmacy Technician at Schmidt and Sons Pharmacy, you can expect an exciting and dynamic day-to-day routine! Your primary role will involve overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring that prescriptions are filled accurately, and providing exceptional customer service that keeps our clients coming back. You'll collaborate closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to solve problems and enhance team performance. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with the occasional Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. You'll dive into inventory management, assist in training new team members, and coordinate with healthcare providers, all while fostering a fun and energetic workplace culture.

What you need to be successful
