Position Overview
As a Lead Plumber, you are the face of the company in the field. You diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering a professional, high-trust customer experience.
You don't just fix plumbing - you solve problems, build long-term customer relationships, and drive revenue through expertise and integrity.
You will operate your own fully stocked truck and be accountable for performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Present options using Straight Forward Pricing with confidence and professionalism
Execute repairs and replacements to company standards
Test all work before leaving - zero excuses, zero callbacks
Explain completed services clearly to ensure full customer understanding
Protect the customer's home (floor savers, clean workspace, organized jobsite)
Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
Operate safely on the road and on every job
Deliver a 100% satisfaction experience on every call
