Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

This role will sit in our Nashville, TN office.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the technical program strategy across our programs. This will include managing key stakeholder relationships with our internal engineering service teams to establish the program requirements, success criteria, and key deliverables.

This is a senior individual contributor role, you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. It will also require understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience.

A successful candidate will have a passion for technical program management and has strong experience leading a dispersed working group to achieve shared business objectives. Professional experience in large enterprise technology is valued.

Partners with senior management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain. Establishes scope and milestones for each aspect of a technical program, aligning to the broader program plan and company strategies and goals, managing efforts between cross-functional teams to deliver programs or services. Shapes and leads technical programs and highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products and business. Drives the management of and responses to issues, bottlenecks, and risks, serving as a point of escalation for all issues. Shapes program improvement strategies, leveraging best practices to drive transformational change and optimize processes across multiple teams. Shapes the strategic direction of collaboration efforts as a technical liaison across stakeholder teams for high-impact technical programs.
