Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Remote). In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical product representative, driving the success of our screw compressor products across North America. Your strategic insights will help identify market needs and develop initiatives that foster growth, profitability, and strong client relationships. With a focus on business development and customer success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of our product offerings with market demands. Accountabilities

  • Represent the Screw Compressor product in North America, capturing customer and market insights.
  • Support key account management for customers in relevant industries.
  • Develop and execute business development initiatives to drive market growth.
  • Engage in product representation at industry events and seminars.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in negotiation and closing deals with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
  • Knowledge of screw compressors in air and gas handling applications.
  • Experience in business development and product management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
