THE JOB:The MGM Product Manager acts as the CEO of their product domain, owning the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital solutions that address critical customer needs and business opportunities. As part of the Data Team, this role focuses on building and scaling data products that leverage analytics and insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized experiences across MGM’s physical and digital properties. Blending engineering, design, and business expertise with strong customer empathy, the Product Manager translates complex data into intuitive, high-impact solutions while collaborating cross-functionally with data, design, and business partners. As a leader without direct authority, they align and inspire teams around a shared vision, driving their product area to become a key source of growth for MGM.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across MGM to identify and shape high-impact opportunities that drive both customer value and business growth

  • Partner with finance, analytics, and operations to build strong business cases, then prioritize initiatives and define clear, data-driven product strategies

  • Provide forward-looking thought leadership on emerging technologies critical to scaling data products and enhancing customer experiences

  • Collaborate with architecture and program teams to proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring an efficient, value-driven roadmap with measurable financial impact

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver intuitive, customer-centric products that create seamless and memorable experiences

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving performance against KPIs through continuous optimization, user testing, and data-driven insights in partnership with QA and analytics teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 8+ years of experience building and scaling digital products, with a strong emphasis on data-driven platforms, data products, and end-to-end data pipeline development

  • Deep technical expertise in modern data ecosystems, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, and a strong understanding of data architecture and engineering best practices

  • Proven ability to take products from vision to market, leveraging data insights to drive measurable business impact and continuous optimization

  • Experience working in agile environments, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to deliver customer-facing solutions

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead data, design, and engineering discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present effectively, and guide teams toward clear goals while staying aligned with evolving industry trends
