  • Design and launch new payment products and enhance existing ones to drive business growth
  • Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Sales, etc.) and external stakeholders (banks, processors, and partners) to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, and regulatory shifts into actionable product opportunities
  • Define and prioritize features through well-crafted user stories, business requirements, and technical scoping
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies are incorporated into product design
  • Monitor KPIs and product performance, driving continuous improvements and optimizations
  • Lead discovery processes and collaborate with engineering to identify the most effective technical approaches

WHO YOU ARE

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on payment systems and financial technology

  • Deep understanding of traditional and emerging payment rails (ACH, Wires, RTP, eChecks, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA a plus)

  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable evaluating third-party solutions and collaborating with engineering teams

  • AI Fluency: adept in leveraging the latest AI tools to drive product development

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; can translate complex topics for diverse audiences

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and making sound decisions quickly

  • Experience in Agile environments with a track record of shipping high-quality products

  • Familiarity with global banking systems, payment regulations, and open banking frameworks
