Lead Project Manager
- Power DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of 69kV-500kV transmission and substation projects from planning through commissioning. Manage EPC contractors, Engineers of Record, and multi-discipline engineering teams (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical). Own project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, accruals, and financial reporting for multi-million-dollar capital portfolios. Drive project schedules, risk mitigation, and recovery planning across concurrent high-voltage infrastructure programs. Lead scope development, proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations with vendors and utilities. Coordinate utility interconnections for transmission, renewable (wind/solar/BESS), and large-load/data center projects. Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental approvals with AHJs and stakeholders. Manage construction support including RFIs, submittals, field coordination, and issue resolution. Serve as primary client-facing liaison ensuring alignment on design intent, execution strategy, and project performance. - Power Delivery should have:7-15+ years of experience in transmission, substation, or power delivery project management or construction leadership
Strong background with utility or EPC environments (NextEra, Kiewit, Burns & McDonnell, Quanta, MasTec, utility IOUs/Co-ops preferred)Experience managing large capital projects ($50M-$500M+)Understanding of high-voltage transmission systems (69kV-500kV)Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
