Job Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a well-established commercial construction firm experiencing strong growth and expanding into larger, more complex projects. The company fosters a collaborative environment where employees at every level contribute to decision-making, work closely with leadership, and play a direct role in shaping the organization's future.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from award through closeout

Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and field teams

Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships

Healthcare and/or K-12 project experience preferred

Procore experience is a plus with strong communication skills
