📋 Your Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Lead the flow and support the dental assistant team
Train and coach assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care
Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures
Take dental impressions and digital scans (iTero preferred)
Oversee and perform sterilization of instruments per OSHA/HIPAA standards
Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations
Welcome and prepare patients for procedures

Licensed in Texas (required)
1+ year experience in a Lead RDA role
Proven success mentoring and developing dental assistants
Organized, reliable, and proactive
