Rehab Assistant/Scan Tech
Must have a passion for people!!! Must love chiropractic. Must have excellent communication skills. MPC is a fun, family atmosphere. Rehab Assistant/Scan Tech Duties
Daily Responsibilities include:
Patient Intake and Greeting
Accurate documentation and chartingOffice Orientation and TestimonyTake VitalsRun INSiGHT Scans -non-invasive, infrared-based scans that evaluate the function of your nervous systemMust love kids, we are a pediatric practice who treats kids with sensory disordersLead Practice Members through Patient EducationLead Practice Members through attended exercises(Rehab)Set up practice members in traction and decompressionPerform laser and shockwave therapies on practice members
Schedule follow-up appointments
Communication, scheduling, and organizational skills are significant responsibilities of this position
Communication via in-person, phone, email, and platform systems
Medical record / chart prep and processing (paper and electronic)
Follow-up to obtain practice member/insurance/account information as needed
Daily experience with EHR and other software(Chirotouch) Strong computer skills are required
Daily reporting and operational requirements
Knowledge of insurance plans and billing practices and procedures
Comfortable in a multi-tasking environment, calm, diplomatic
Communicate with practice members in a friendly yet confidential manner
Well groomed and dressed for success
Works to provide excellent customer service while adhering to business procedures and policiesTrain team members
A positive attitude, working as part of a team
This is a active position, must be able to perform all exercises
Other Administrative functions as necessary or directedDirect report to Patient ExperienceMarketing/Social Media/Workshops
Qualifications:
Applicant must have strong verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Must have min 1 year working in a chiropractic office or medical settingGXMO a bonus
Education:
High School Diploma

In 2005, Dr. Matthew Hamilton graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He and his wife Rae had been exploring the Cleveland area, knowing they wanted to remain close to their support network of friends and family. Rae and her grandmother happened to visit Medina while Dr. Matt was participating in a clinic abroad trip to India. Instantly, she loved the feeling of our community. Dr. Matt, too, fell in love with our family-friendly area. They decided to open Maximum Potential Chiropractic here to support the health of area residents and those in Westlake.
Dr. Matt is joined in practice by a dedicated team of doctors. Together, their team has a single goal: to help improve your function.
