Lead Residential Hvac Install Technician

A leading provider of comprehensive heating, cooling, and mechanical solutions is currently seeking a Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join their Residential Install division servicing Exton, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform expert-level installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Install a wide variety of equipment, including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless split systems, boilers, and geothermal units.
• Operate independently on job sites while actively collaborating with team members as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HVAC team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation for all installations, including job reports and required paperwork.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
• Uphold safety-sensitive standards and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in residential HVAC system installations.
• Prior experience with boiler installations is highly preferred.
• Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year technical school is beneficial but not required.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• CFC Certification - Type I and II required; Universal certification is preferred.
• High-level proficiency with technology, including the use of iPads and professional email communication.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and a "do it right the first time" mindset.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
• Ability to work in both independent and team-based environments, with minimal supervision.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in residential HVAC installation across a range of system types and complexities.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience mentoring or training less experienced technicians.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and participate in ongoing technical training.
• Adherence to workplace safety protocols and procedures, particularly within safety-sensitive environments.
