Job Description

A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in Gainesville, FL is hiring! If you're an experienced HVAC professional ready to continue your trade career and step into an impactful leadership role, consider becoming our new full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer.

Depending on experience, you can earn $25.00 - $35.00/hour. After 90 days of employment, you'll also receive a $500 sign-on bonus! We also offer these terrific benefits:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE:

You typically work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until the job is finished. During the summer, work usually finishes up between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Occasional weekend work is required.

YOUR ROLE:

As a confident and capable leader, you ensure that your team accurately installs various heating and air conditioning equipment in our customers' homes. With your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you lead seamless installations and check the equipment to ensure optimal performance.

LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience with copper brazing, low- and high-voltage wiring, and system replacements
2+ years of HVAC installation experience
Ability to install and fabricate duct board
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Dependability
