$35.00 - $50.00+ per hour based on experience, licensing, and leadership ability
$10,000 - $20,000+ annual performance bonuses based on profitability and quality

What You'll Do
Lead and perform residential HVAC system installations for replacement and new construction projects, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, IAQ solutions, gas, and oil equipment. You will oversee installation crews, manage projects from start to finish, coordinate with builders and project managers, maintain job profitability, ensure quality control, and uphold Ocean State's standards for safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Proven leadership experience running jobs from start to finish
EPA Certification
Active HVAC License
Experience with furnaces, boilers, gas, oil, and high-efficiency systems
Blueprint and specification reading ability
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
