Lead Residential HVAC Service TechnicianPay Range: $45-$60/hour depending on experience

Location: St. Louis, MOSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PMUp to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | No On-Call ScheduleAre you ready to move beyond simply running service calls? ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems

Serve as the technical leader for the service department

Mentor and coach Service Technicians in the field

Conduct ride-alongs and assist with technician development

Support onboarding and field training of new hires

Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Assist management with technical problem solving and best practices

Complete service documentation accurately

Collaborate with the Service Manager on scheduling priorities and technical training needs.Help implement new service procedures and promote best practices across the department.Qualifications5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationClean driving record

Advanced diagnostic skills

Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
