- Organized- Thorough documentation of jobs from start to finish; scope, sketches, photos, standardized forms, always available and up-to-date.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with the job
- Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
- Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Use of power tools and different types of industry related tools
