Lead Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

We are seeking a hands-on leader to inspire and guide our retail team while delivering our S.M.I.L.E service culture - Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. As a Lead, Retail Brand Ambassador, you will engage guests, oversee store operations, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Engage guests to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience

• Promote Hawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling

• Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction

Leadership & Team Support:

• Supervise, train, and coach Retail Brand Ambassadors to maximize sales and service

• Assist with onboarding and product training for new team members

• Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals

Store Operations:

• Open and close retail locations, including cash handling and securing keys

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability

• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly.

• Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

• Reliable transportation
