- Drive B2B Outreach & Local Partnerships
- Proactively network within the community and cultivate B2B partnerships to boost member acquisition
- Identify and execute local events, promotions, and outreach opportunities
- Lead, Train, and Motivate the Sales Team
- Be a role model by demonstrating sales excellence and a positive attitude every day
- Support onboarding, development, and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top-tier service
- Operations & Revenue Management
- Take ownership of studio inventory and operational tasks
- Assist the Regional Manager in executing daily business functions with precision and excellence
- 1–2 years of sales, fitness, or management experience (fitness sales is a huge plus!)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and the Orangetheory brand
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and team-first attitude
- Flexible schedule with potential for evenings & weekends

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
