Job Description

Location: New York City, NYSalary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD HourlyDescription: Our client in the Financial Services Industry is currently seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer on a 6+ month contract position fully onsite 5 days/week in New York City.This job will have the following responsibilities:

30% lead work, 70% hands on coding and reviewing code. Need someone who has worked on large volumes of data and can optimize code to do so.
Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersIdentifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems
Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Qualifications & Requirements:

senior, coach/leadership + hands on technical skills
Salesforce Development - 5+ years
Apex
Lightning Web Components
Experience leading a salesforce development team
