Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC preferred; Open to candidates anywhere in the USAExperience: 6+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.

The candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and integrations and should hold the Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification. The role will also involve supporting offshore team members and working effectively within a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external/enterprise applications.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, integration platforms, and middleware.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Provide technical guidance and support to offshore development team members.
Work effectively within a global delivery model, coordinating with distributed teams across different time zones.
Support release management, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations
Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Experience working with enterprise Salesforce environments
Ability to support and mentor offshore development teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
