Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate: $28.00-$35.00/hr

These positions are with our valued clients and offer strong potential for career growth and advancement.• If you have a solid background in electronic security systems and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is your opportunity to advance your career.• ________________________________________• Position Overview• We are hiring across multiple experience levels, including Level II, Level III, and Lead Technicians, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability and technical expertise. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, and leading projects involving advanced security systems.• ________________________________________• Key Responsibilities• Lead installation teams on commercial security system projects • Install, program, and troubleshoot: • o Access control systems (Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Avigilon, Brivo, etc.) • o IP-based video surveillance systems (CCTV, NVRs, VMS platforms) • o Intrusion detection and alarm systems • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts • Perform system commissioning, testing, and client training • Oversee job site productivity, quality, and safety standards • Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen • Mentor and guide Helper, Apprentice, and Level I/II technicians • ________________________________________• Qualifications• 4+ years of experience in commercial security or low-voltage systems • Proven experience as a Lead Technician or Senior Level III Technician • Strong knowledge of structured cabling and system integration • Experience with device termination, head-end equipment, and system startup • Ability to manage crews and maintain project timelines • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Lift certification and/or manufacturer certifications are a plus • ________________________________________• Career Path Opportunities• TradeSTAR supports professionals at every stage of their career.
