[What you will be working on]

About CCYC

CCYC (Culture, Community and Youth Cluster) is a part of GovTech's Government Digital Transformation team where we support the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and its statutory boards - such as the National Arts Council (NAC), People's Association (PA), Sport Singapore (SportSG), and MUIS-by delivering digital solutions that promote social cohesion, cultural vibrancy, and youth engagement.

Our growing suite of products include the following:

Community Engagement Platforms

Digital products that enable citizens to participate in grassroots and national events, including Volunteer Management, Community Event Registration, Feedback and Ideation products for civic engagement.

Cultural Participation and Arts Enablement

Event Discovery and Ticketing, Grant Application for Arts Funding, Digital Storytelling and Archival products.

Youth Development and Empowerment

Platforms for Youth Leadership and Volunteering Opportunities, Gamified Learning Tools for civic education, Co-creation Platforms for Youth Policy Input etc.

Sports and Active Lifestyle

Facility booking, Fitness tracking and Rewards, Data Platforms for Sports Policy and Performance Tracking

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Product Managers/Senior Product Managers to lead the end-to-end development of innovative digital solutions that transform how MCCY connects with Singaporeans. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives that strengthen community bonds and promote active citizenship through technology and create meaningful impact across our society.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Build strong relationship and partner with agencies partners to define product vision, business objectives, strategy and roadmap

• Lead stakeholder engagement to develop value proposition and secure buy-in for product initiatives

Product Discovery

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user research to discover user needs

• Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into product improvements

Product Development

• Manage product backlog and prioritise features based on user needs and impact

• Write clear product requirements and user stories

• Work closely with product designers, engineering and QA team throughout the development lifecycle

• Own product performance and track user engagement by making data-driven decisions through product analytics

• Maintain and manages updates, patches and bug fixes to maintain product stability

[What we are looking for]

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management

• Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and product teams

• Strong background in modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking)

• Proven track record of shipping successful products from scratch
