Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate and oversee daily job progress
Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, and efficiency
Install commercial HVAC ductwork and related equipment
Provide direction, support, and mentorship to installation team members
Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet project requirements
Follow and promote all jobsite safety procedures and standards
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and project leadership
Identify and address installation issues to keep projects moving efficiently
Required QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal and/or commercial ductwork installation
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and fabrication
Proven ability to lead others and maintain high-quality workmanship
Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and installation requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving recordEPA certification is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
