Description
The Lead Superintendent- Top 25 ENR GC - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Leading field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Enforcing project schedules, safety standards, and quality controls
- Coordinating inspections, logistics, and site access
- Proactively resolving field issues and constructability challenges
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers and leadership
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting
- Representing the company professionally with owners and inspectors
Profile
The Lead Superintendent- Top 25 ENR GC - Greenville will have:
- 8-10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Proven background on large, complex commercial or edifice projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and means & methods
- Ability to lead multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Strong safety-first mindset with working knowledge of OSHA standards
- Comfortable using construction technology and scheduling tools
