The Superintendent- Healthcare Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction practices within the healthcare industry.

Description

The Superintendent- Healthcare Construction- NH will:

• Manage day-to-day operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure all construction activities align with healthcare-specific standards and requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Oversee quality control to ensure that construction meets design specifications and high-quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and any challenges encountered.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Profile

A successful Superintendent- Healthcare Construction- NH should have:

• 5-10 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
