Description

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain construction schedules and coordinate material deliveries.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Profile

• 8+ years of field experience with a General Contractor
• Must have large-scale project experience, having served as the Lead Superintendent on jobs over 10M
• Preferred understanding of CM at Risk work on public projects in the state of NC
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable however not required
• Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, Autodesk, CMiC, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere
• Great relationships with local subcontractors and trade partners preferred
• A strong understanding of building structures (concrete, structural steel, etc.)

Job Offer

• Base salary contingent on experience 115-150K
