Job Description

SuperintendentKnoxville based contractor specialising in mid sized commercial construction within the Knoxville area. Quality and hard work are at the top of this contractors priorities & has landed them a large pipeline of projects. They are currently looking for more growth in the retail space hence is why they are hiring for a superintendent with experience in this sector.Job DescriptionDevelop the Project Vision and Create the Project ScheduleSupervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met

Ability to predict and overcome project challenges

Maintain a strong relationship with Project ManagersLead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work

Maintain OSHA requirements

Mentor less experienced construction professionals

Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
