Construction Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring targets are met.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Background in K-12, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to lead teams and build client relationships
- Degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent field experience

- Annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 USD + 15% bonus.
