Job Description

Lead Superintendent

Healthcare ProjectsLead all field operations on a $20M healthcare construction project. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols. Oversee quality control and technical execution across all phases. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and coordination. Drive project schedules and maintain clear communication with leadership. Healthcare Projects should have:5-10+ years of commercial construction field experience

At least 3 years as a Lead SuperintendentGround-up project experience in the $5M-$30M range

Healthcare construction experience preferred

Exposure to low-voltage systems such as data, controls, or security is a plus

Proficiency with Procore and BluebeamStrong technical mindset with adaptability in complex builds
